Might I suggest some actual action instead of, "dude is doing this, what shall you do : 4 answers" Like perhaps, and if this is too hard, making a sort of third person view, and allow yourself to move amongst the screen a bit (third person view as in over the shoulder, not bird eye. Please don't do that). If it's too difficult, forget it then and stick with the "dude's doing this, what shall you do" concept.

5) Tentacle is win by all means, ecchi, and pregnant.

6) Homosexual hentai is something that I do not want, thank you very much. But did you know that there are females on the intertubes? You could throw some in, but make it in a seperate gallery at the end. Let's see, dismemberment, and hentai that looks painful just looking at it.
